We are currently looking for an HR Manager for the Nordic region, this will include Sweden, Norway and Denmark (about 200 employees). As the Nordic HR Manager you will report to the Sub-Regional Director Nordic and respectively to SCSE Managing Director and is a member of the SCSE management team. Participate in sub region board meetings and other Nordic management meetings when needed.
You will also be a member of the Sub-regional HR team (Chaired by the VP HR) in physical meetings and lync-meetings.
The position holder chairs meetings as assigned and relevant for performance of duties, e.g. negotiations with Trade unions (in Sweden) etc.
Main Tasks (key accountabilities, deliveries, what is the role expected to do) for Sub Region Nordic.
Plan and follow up execution by the local line managers in SubRegion Nordic of core HR processes as e.g. job descriptions, recruitment, PDR (people development review), succession, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and people planning processes. Incl. legal and trade union negotiations/questions in Sweden and Norway with access to extern resources from time to time. Legal issues Denmark to be handled locally in Denmark.
Monitor and support execution Nordic sales processes plan incl. possible necessary training program for involved staff
Monitor and support execution Nordic partnership program according incl. possible necessary training.
Overall responsible for contract development and support in the Nordic region incl. that back to back agreements are in place
Create sustainable margin and EBIT improvement plans for service in cooperation with service managers and monitor the execution.
The role requires a university degree and 7-10 years’ professional experience in HR Business partner, HR project leader and HR specialist. Experience in sales-managing is also relevant based on the sales organization and the manager you will support and develop.
